Joynal, the book
About a month ago I started the online class Joynal by the fabulous Jane Davenport.
I've altered a book I bought in a second hand store
It even had a little note in it...couldn't trow that away;-)
These are just drawings I made after watching the videos

Tales of the seven seas
Preparing my new journal. It's an old librairy book and I have been spraypainting all day. A challenge: I used only one color for the background and it's not my favorite color... The pages and my hands are green now;-))

Preparing my new journal: the Pooh Book
I'm altering an old librarybook. Found it last saturday at the library, on a little table where they sell damaged books.
This is what it looked like before...
Removing pages:
Making 'repairs' with masking tape:
Applying a thin layer of gesso on the pages. (With an old credit card, not with a brush because I like this paper and I want a smooth surface to work on for this book)
Halfway...
